Yes, always. Anti-wrinkle treatment uses a prescription-only medicine, and UK rules require a face-to-face consultation and a prescription before it can be provided. Your first visit is therefore a consultation rather than a treatment slot. Once the plan and prescription are in place, treatment usually follows at your next appointment.
